Securities of securities issued by companies and limited companies, intended for public offering, considered securities for the purposes of Law 6,385 (1976). Gives its holders credit rights against the issuer. It has a maximum term of 360 days. The issuer's bylaws or articles of association must have the power to authorize the issue.
